Once you click the buy/pay/subscribe/submit button to finalize a purchase, your credit/debit card will be charged promptly. It's essential to be aware that, following this stage, purchases cannot be canceled or refunded. In the event that you wish to cancel your subscription, it is important that you keep a record of your subscription renewal date so that you can cancel before the next renewal period.
7-Day Free Trial Period
When you sign up for our 7-day free trial, you get access to our products and services without any payment for 7 days. If you don't cancel your subscription within this 7-day period, we'll assume you want to continue with Trademomo. To stop using our products and services, you must cancel your subscription through your Whop.com account before the trial period ends. If you fail to cancel before the renewal date you will be charged the subscription fee and there are no refunds. It is your responsibility to cancel if you do not wish to continue using our products and services after the 7-day free trial period.
Cancellation and Refund Policy for Pre-Paid and Subscription Plans
You can opt out of the automatic renewal of your Trademomo account through Whop.com, a user-friendly online system, or by contacting us via email at [email protected].
Upon cancellation, automated renewals for the future are deactivated, but you will retain access to our services until the conclusion of your pre-paid period. All fees paid are non-refundable, and managing your subscription is your responsibility. Once initiated, pre-paid plans (monthly/annual) are not eligible for refunds. Canceling future subscription renewals can be done within the Whop website or by contacting our customer support before the renewal date.
There are no refunds for the quarterly or annual plan so we recommend you try our monthly plans first before making a commitment.
If your credit card has expired and we are not able to bill you for your subscription, you are advised to update your new payment details and make a payment in order to keep using our products and services without any disruptions.
Keep in mind that once activated, renewed monthly plans are not subject to refunds. To prevent any charges for a subscription or pre-paid plan after your initial 7-day period concludes, It is incumbent upon you to cancel the subscription “before” the renewal date.
Managing your subscription before renewals is entirely your responsibility. You can do this by logging in to your Whop account or reaching out to [email protected].
Cryptocurrency Payments and No Refund Policy
Please note that we do not offer refunds for purchases made using cryptocurrencies, regardless of the circumstances. This policy is in place due to potential transaction fees and other complications associated with cryptocurrency transactions. Additionally, we cannot issue refunds in cryptocurrency under any circumstances.
Plan Renewals
To ensure uninterrupted service, renewals are automatically processed by default. If you do not cancel before the next renewal date, the service will continue to renew until you take action. Plan adjustments can only be applied going forward; retroactive changes are not permitted.
