1. General Trading Risk

Trading stocks, ETFs, commodity futures, derivatives, options, Forex, and cryptocurrencies carries inherent risks of substantial loss. Before engaging in such activities, investors should carefully assess their financial suitability. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Futures trading involves the use of leverage. The highly leveraged nature of futures trading means that small market movements will have a great impact on your trading account. This can work against you, leading to large losses, or work in your favor, leading to large gains. If the market moves against you, you may sustain a total loss greater than the amount you deposited into your account.

You are responsible for all risks and financial resources you use and for your chosen trading system. 3. Technology & Software Risk

Trademomo tools are software products that depend on numerous third-party systems and infrastructure outside our control. Trademomo is not liable for any trading losses or missed trades caused by technology failures of any kind, including but not limited to:

Data Feed Corruption or Delay: Our indicators rely on real-time market data from your broker or data provider. Corrupted, delayed, stale, or incorrect data will affect indicator readings and may cause incorrect signals or entries. We have no control over data quality from third-party providers.
NinjaTrader Platform Issues: Tool performance is dependent on NinjaTrader 8 being properly installed, configured, and up to date. We are not responsible for tool malfunction caused by incorrect platform configuration, outdated NinjaTrader versions, platform crashes, or NinjaTrader software bugs.
Internet & ISP Disconnection: Loss of internet connectivity during live trading can result in missed entries, missed exits, or unmonitored open positions. You are solely responsible for maintaining a reliable internet connection during trading sessions.
Auto-Entry Execution Failures: The TM PO3 Engine and any automated entry features place orders through your NinjaTrader platform and broker. Order execution is not guaranteed. Orders may fail to execute, may be partially filled, or may be subject to slippage due to broker limitations, exchange issues, or connectivity problems. Trademomo is not responsible for execution outcomes.
Software Bugs & Errors: Like all software, Trademomo tools may contain bugs, errors, or defects. While we make commercially reasonable efforts to identify and fix issues promptly, we make no warranty of error-free operation. We are not liable for any losses, missed trades, incorrect signals, or incorrect automated entries or exits caused by software errors.
Server & Hosting Downtime: Website, Discord, and live room access may be temporarily unavailable due to server maintenance, outages, or other issues. We are not liable for losses caused by inability to access educational content or community resources.
Broker & Exchange Risk: We have no control over your broker's platform, order routing, or execution quality. Exchange outages, trading halts, or force majeure events affecting the markets are entirely outside our control.

Stop-loss orders and other loss-limiting strategies may not be effective because market conditions or technological issues may make it impossible to execute such orders at their intended price.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Trademomo makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee — express or implied — that use of our tools, attendance of our live sessions, or following our educational content will result in profitable trading, passing a prop firm evaluation, or achieving any specific financial outcome.

The possibility of profit is not equally proportional to the possibility of loss. Individual results will vary significantly based on personal trading discipline, market conditions, account size, broker selection, platform configuration, and many other factors entirely within the control of the individual trader.
