We operate automated messaging on Instagram and TikTok through ManyChat. When you interact with our automated keyword responses (e.g., commenting on our posts or sending direct messages using trigger keywords such as "FUNDED"), we may collect:

Your Instagram or TikTok username;
Your email address (if you voluntarily provide it through our ManyChat flows);
Interaction history with our automated flows.

Trademomo sends commercial electronic messages (email marketing) only to individuals who have expressly opted in to receive them, in compliance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act.

Our email communications are managed through HubSpot. Each marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time without affecting your access to purchased products and services.

Transactional emails (subscription confirmations, license delivery, billing receipts) are sent regardless of marketing preferences as they are necessary for service delivery.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:
